  Called at 4:30pm yesterday. The first time I called they hung up, the second time they answered and I was told the locksmith would call me. I think ten minutes later I get a phone call from the locksmith telling me he will be there at 5pm. 5pm rolls by and there isn’t anybody, I try calling at 5:30pm and before I could say a word - when the phone was answered - I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. 6pm rolls by and I leave because I assume they’re not coming. I contacted the company, tried calling the locksmiths direct number and neither answered. It is 6:10pm when I’m on the road and they call me telling me they’ve arrived. I told them don’t bother since I had somebody else come by. They tried to ask me to pay them for the TIME and EFFORT of their trip?? The trip they quoted would be there at 5pm. I told them no, and before I could defend myself they hung up. You wanna be paid? Then be there on time. Communicate with your customers. Oh, and before they hung up, they asked me to provide them the phone number of the OTHER company I hired (to make sure it was “their business”). I said no again, I already knew it was a different company A) because they responded accordingly, and B) because the phone number is different, and most obviously C) because the company name isn’t the same. Since then I have been getting spam calls, so I’m 90% sure this company handed out my number since that didn’t happen prior to this. And I think they would have done the same to the other company if I HAD given their phone number. Because this didn’t happen until after I called this company. How childish.
