Endured perpetual requests for assistance over the loud speaker for help in the paint department, wood cutting, etc. with seemingly no one available to assist. At checkout I was surprised to not see any checkout lines open, and 3 store associates standing around talking while 'supervising' the self checkouts.

I just wanted to say thank you for the kind/excellent service my wife and I experienced yesterday at your store in Stow,Ohio. We were purchasing a new microwave oven. We discovered my Lowe’s card needed replaced. The gentleman helping us patiently walked us through process and we were able to complete our purchase. I don’t remember his name,but he was in the Appliance department on 6/13/2026.

I really like this location. The staff are helpful and I can always find someone close by if I need assistance. The store is laid out well and the inventory listed online always has been accurate for me. I recently had an issue with a return, and Laura and Gary went above and beyond to help me get my money back. I also want to shout out to Brad in the Garden area. He is hands down the most respectful cashier I have ever worked with. I really enjoyed conversing with him and when I came back a second time he remembered me. That goes a long way in the busy and chaotic world we live in these days.
