Lots of employees standing around, no employees putting together the pickup order we had placed hours and hours before. Asked at the service desk when we walked in and they told us to go around the corner instead of helping. Hit the pickup button and none of the 3 employees standing around the exit lifted their head to help.

What a joke. I ordered 25 bags of Mulch and fertilizer and they notified me a day later ready to pick up. I went to pick it up and when I pulled around the so called loader said there was nothing ready to pick up. It will need loaded. If I wanted to have it loaded while I waited and had to keep moving the truck I would not have ordered it and waited for them to tell me it was ready for pick up. Never again!!!!!!!

Bought this last May and it has failed already twice this cutting season, everything kept up and garage kept. I just want to be able to cut my grass. I purchased this because of the rave reviews Lowe’s employees made about it. I just wish it would START. But in all seriousness I would just like it replaced so I won’t get fined by the neighborhood. It’s pretty sad that a billion dollar company won’t price match their own website in store.
Just went today to buy a Craftsman battery, the display had NO price tag on it so we looked it up on their website to see it was listed at $59. We proceed to checkout and it rings up for $129, more than double the online price. We call over an associate who tells us they “don’t usually price match in store but sometimes they do.” He proceeds to bring over another associate who tells us that “they don’t price match at all in store.” Pretty much telling us that if we want it today to pay the $129, otherwise we need to order online and have it set for pickup tomorrow. NO THANKS. We went ahead and ordered the same exact battery off Amazon for less and it will be here by tonight. Thanks for nothing Lowe’s!!!

This store is a joke! I did an online order for some electrical conduit and other electrical stuff to have electricity ran to my garage. The items were never delivered as promised. I had to cancel a load of concrete that was scheduled for the next day.
When I called the Steubenville store they said that everything could be picked up at the curbside at the store and that all of the items were in a box waiting for pickup.
Upon arrival at the Steubenville store, the only thing waiting for pickup was conduit. I was informed that all of the other items were being shipped. I come to find out that it was being shipped from North Carolina. Why??
Furthermore, the items were available in the store and I had to go shopping quickly to complete my part before the concrete delivery.
So now I was told that when the items were delivered to my home just to return them for a refund.
Okay. I don’t understand how the Steubenville store stays in business. You cannot get anyone to help you with anything. And when you do chase someone down, they are a person that cannot offer any kind of help whatsoever. Not to mention their attitude as if you are bothering them.
Here is my advice to you Steubenville Lowe’s. Get rid of your stupid AI assistant and Train your people to understand that it’s because of the people needing service and help that keeps them employed.
I’m finished with the Steubenville Lowe’s store! I will take my business elsewhere where I’m treated like a valued customer.
