  Even after months of communicating, paying full bill, etc. the Swim Spa was delivered 5 weeks late. This delay cost us money for site work performed to accommodate the "tub" while building our new house. It has also delayed work on the new house build. I hope that the aggravation and frustration will be forgotten once we can get "tub" filled and operational.

  New pool liner, new to the pool & us! (formerly concrete pool) Chadd was so helpful in explaining the needed chemicals and the timeline to administer them. Great prices and fully stocked inventory. Our new pool store! Highly recommend.

  Lady working there needs to understand that if I am buying something that you suggest yiu should get irritated if I ask what it does. Also, important to me if I tell you a few times I don't hear well and you can't bring it upon yourself ti speak louder instead of me having to keep leaning over the counter to hear you maybe she should deal directly with customers Thank You

  We purchased an electric pool heater today. Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all of my questions without hesitation. He helped load everything up and made sure we were happy. Great experience. We have shopped here since they opened and have always had a pleasant experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
