  We were in the store for less than 3 min. and we were greeted by Jerry Brown and he stopped me from buying an o-ring i thought was the correct one I needed and showed me the correct one... thankfully he was there and was knowledgeable because I would have been out of luck tonight. I wouldn't have made it home and back before the store closed.

  Paid for pool in May. Delivery of pool stuff in June. Pool stuff sitting in my yard along with sand just washing away. Contractor messages and says he’s coming then no shows. Shared ALL txt messages with Shane at Valley. He blamed me for not having pavers there which was not correct according to txt messages. Refused to escalate issue. Today, still waiting for install. Would love a complete refund. Only willing to refund costs of contractor for me to find new one. All the supplies are probably all ruined now because of where they dumped them. Boxes are falling apart and stuff inside is now falling out and all over yard. Not allowing me to post pics. Can go to fb site to view.
