    My first receipt got sent to the wrong email address, which initially I was thinking I won't be needing it anyway. However, none of the keys I purchased worked. I've used Minute Key at least twice prior to this incident and have never had an issue, but this time I'm out $30+ dollars without any spare house keys!

    All 3 keys worked, however the machine at the Lowes in Springfield Ohio needs cleaned, it left all kinds of brass bits on the keys that I cleaned off with wire brush. If I hadn't those bits would have ended up in the lock and possibly damaged it.

    The machine makes keys, modern technology is great! Too bad it is expensive, should be much cheaper to sell a key that a machine makes, only need a support person to stock blank keys. Everything else is automated.
