This is the second time I've used this facility. The first time was great.. but this time I started removing my items and keep finding roaches in my belongings!!!!!! I am scared I've infested my new home. I did not have them before and I'm quite upset I pay the prices I do just to have to turn around and treat for a roach problem!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU DONT WANT ROACHES!

We acquired the storage unit from across the country and the staff was very easy to work with over the phone. The storage unit was ready to go when our moving truck got here and I’ve had a great experience. Especially with Brittney! She is so incredibly professional since day one, has gone over and beyond to help me and was amazing today during my move out process. Give her a raise! She deserves it. Often times, people just do the minimum to collect their paycheck, but Brittney is someone who truly cares about her job and is absolutely awesome with customer service. Will recommend and use again if needed:)
