I do not need them calling me to tell me what their promotion is for the month is. Instead of wasting their time, they should be taking their time to work on their customer service in manners and professionalism.

I was looking for items for my new apartment, but was on a strict budget. He helped me get everything I needed, and stayed within my budget. I didn’t feel rushed, it didn’t feel like he was just pushing stuff on me. By far the customer service from him was amazing. I’ve already recommended family to go to him. Now the first time I came in wasn’t a pleasant experience, it was on a Saturday. And as soon as I walked through the door the lady up front put a face mask on. Like I had some type of disease or something. And as I’m walking around she shouts. Can I help you with something? I said I’m just looking right now. And she didn’t budge, didn’t come talk to me or anything so I just left!

- LRLech'e RichardMar 1, 20261.0I went in with my son this weekend to get a new laptop(im a previous customer so they know who i am) but when I went in Jackie was kind of rude and then insisted that I have the computer shipped to me instead of being able to take it immediately, she states its because my address on my ID didnt match my address(the SAME address where they delivered furniture just a couple months ago) my son and I left both feeling judged and disrespected because of the way she was acting towards us. If she doesn't want to help people because of their skin color then put it on the door and we'll go elsewhere.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
