Horrible customer service. I ordered a pellet grill online for store pickup. It said same day. When I got to the store they didn’t have it but they said they had 3 in the back already assembled. They brought one out. It was broken. They went to get another and it was scratched up. They brought the third one and it seemed like the right one but it wasn’t. I waited about an hour after arriving at the store to get the grill only to find out it was the wrong one when I got home. I called the store and they told me they could give me the right grill but it was the floor model. I asked if it was ok and not broken or missing anything. They told me it was fine. They told me they would bring it over to the Pro Desk so I could easily swap it out and someone would help me. When I got back to the store, the grill was not there. I walked all the way across the store to the customer service desk. After waiting 20 minutes a manager came out and wanted me to follow her to the grill area. She showed me the floor model, it was broken. It had a broken chimney and broken front shelve. They had no idea when they could get me one. I asked to return it and get my money back. I asked if someone could help me get the wrong one I was returning out the back of my truck but they said I’d have to drive it back to the front of the store to the customer service area. Back across the store I walked again to the Pro parking area and get the grill to customer service. Another 30 minutes of my life gone because of inept customer service and lies. I will never shop at this Lowes again and may stop shipping at Lowes all together. I’m definitely not ordering anything online if it means I have to go to this Rocky River store to pick the item up. Horrible.

To say the level of disappointment in your company is extreme is an understatement.
I know it doesn't matter at all that our house has been torn up for 2 ½ months while the cabinets you sell keep coming in damaged. Time and Time and Time again.
We've had no access to our garage.
Our kitchen was emptied in anticipation of a great makeover to never come.
I realize it is all about the all mighty dollar for your company...but,
you know what? A little bit of compassion and understanding would have gone a long way today...
We asked about perhaps a discount to compensate us for our lost wages, time and inconvenience over this debacle and was met with a no.
I would have started the project today and had Glenn work with the manufacturer to fix the damaged cabinet had you simply offered us something for all of the frustration and extreme disappointment.
Your complete lack of customer courtesy and understanding is what made us decide to return everything...
Including the kitchen sick.
We expect a full refund as well due to the products being damaged and unusable.

Good store, well stocked always clean. Propane is often out or they don’t have enough staff to service and will refuse to sell. Make sure you check the doors before your you walk in. Else you might wait through a checkout line only to be turned down. Happens about 20% of the time I go to get propane.

I purchased a lot of items from Lowe's and I normally have them delivered and never have a problem. On May 30th I ordered paint a paintbrush and paint pan to be delivered. Somehow the address was changed, to a non-existent address in Lakewood. I got the text message with the picture showing it was delivered but I have no idea where that was because the street that they had doesn't exist. I called the store, they had me call the delivery people, and they had no clue. they said they contacted the supervisor for that area and he was going to contact the store on the store would get back to me. I waited and decided to call the store myself and then just said I'm going to go out there. so I came into Lowe's and I will be honest to say that I was very frustrated at this point because it is now 2:30 in the afternoon and this has been going on since 8:00 this morning. I asked to speak with Tim the store manager. He immediately took care of me. he got me my paint he got me the supplies and helped me out with no problems. The gentleman in the paint department asked me what I was painting and told me I had picked the wrong paint. that was my fault not his but they corrected that for me as well they allowed me to exchange the paint that was wrong and get the right pay for my project. Sophia behind your customer service desk is very nice she's very helpful and very patient. so I just wanted to make sure that I gave everybody credit for helping me out even though I was very frustrated. I appreciate that kind of customer service and it needs to be recognized.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
