Been trying to get tile that my customer ordered for 3 days now, now I'm waiting another hour for the tile. If you need tile go to floor & decor lowes is not the place they're way to disorganized for it to be worth it you will waste alot of time.

So went to this location to use the restroom real quick and the person with me make a purchase that literally at the register not trying to roam the store. Literally 5 minutes before closing and the woman there put her arms out in front of the door to block me from coming in and said we closed and we already shut the register down so u cant purchase anything. I asked even if I had to pee. She said "im sorry". Honestly, pee was way more important to me since the surrounding stores where closed and this was closest store at the time. I had to find another store to to go to the restroom which thankfully meijers near by had a bathroom. I am not from the area but Lowes being the closest and known to have clean bathrooms, I figured hey, they cant turn me away due to their policy I can go pee plus the person with me could do with out buying a "simple next to the counter" item while waiting. I know it was about to close but she seen me running for my life to make it in. Lowes policy on which I know well because I know people who do work at this company period, employees are not allowed to block the doors, closed registers or turn people away until the exact closing time posted online. Not even for a minute before. It was just not it for me and I dont want to seem petty or rude because like, who really goes to a store a few minutes before closing? Well I tried and so if anyone who needs to go inside the store for whatever reason make sure you go at least 10 minutes before closing since they shut registers down early. Sorry Lowes as a whole, most wonderful company, I recommend more than any place when it comes to the company as a whole but as for this location I didn't get to experience the store other than the experience that was i received. But overall, i still think once I try this store out maybe a different time if I ever come back because I live far, its probably a very nice and respectable store. So its a 2 star rating since i know i will have a better experience next time.

I am writing this review because I had a highly unsettling experience at this Lowe's location. I usually have amazing, helpful interactions with the employees here, but the associate working the self checkout counter on July 3rd around 6:20 PM was completely unacceptable.
I was confused about the pricing on an item and was discussing it with my mom. While I was holding the scanning gun, this employee walked up and literally snatched it right out of my hand without asking. She then aggressively demanded to know why I was confused. When I asked her, "Can I not be confused?" she snapped back, saying she was just asking a question. Before this happened, she was already being passive aggressive with her words, but physically grabbing an item out of my hand completely crossed the line. The entire interaction made me incredibly uncomfortable, and her aggressive demeanor left me feeling threatened and in shock.
I did not get her name, but she is a Caucasian woman with black and a little bit of white hair, and visible facial hair, who was working the self checkout register.
I have never felt the need to leave a bad review before, but this behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hope store management looks into who was handling self checkout at this time and addresses this behavior so other customers don't have to experience it.
