I'm long time frequent customer. I'm 83 years old. Stopped in to pick up some fall flowers. There wasn't any carts in the flower area so I asked the cashier. She said that regular carts weren't allowed in there (I've gotten them there several times in the past), but flat carts were out in the parking lot. I went to the parking lot and left. I will try another day.

Had a 700$ door installed. 2 weeks later door breaks. A standard part that the store should carry needs custom ordered. I shouldn’t have to go somewhere else and buy a part for a brand new door. It’s been over 6 weeks and my door is still broke. Normally love the store but this is an extremely disappointing experience. I know these things happen sometimes but being this is one of my main doors I wouldn’t use these guys again for this type of work.

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe’s, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
The first TWO refrigerators delivered never made it past the street in front of my house. The delivery crews rejected both because of dents, damaged wiring, and other issues. The THIRD refrigerator was finally installed—but it has a defect that causes water to leak onto the floor, so we cannot use the ice maker or water dispenser.
Lowe’s arranged the repair through Goodman Home Services. The first appointment was scheduled for Monday, July 6, 2026, without anyone contacting me to see whether that date worked.
Then, before July 6, I received a message saying they were “verifying” my appointment for July 13. They weren’t verifying anything—they had simply changed the appointment without any input from me.
Then I received another message saying they were “verifying” my appointment for July 17.
At this point, I’m wondering if they are going to keep “verifying” my appointment into eternity.
There seems to be no effective way to contact the repair company. The phone number doesn’t work, mail gets you nowhere, and the online service chat always says, “All our agents are currently assisting other customers. Please try again later.” I have tried again later—repeatedly—with the same result.
A brand-new refrigerator should not require three delivery attempts, arrive with a water leak, and then leave the customer chasing a repair company that repeatedly changes the appointment and cannot be reached.
Lowe’s sold me the refrigerator and arranged the repair service, so I believe Lowe’s has a responsibility to make sure this problem is resolved promptly.
