The staff is great but the company is really predatory. There are no protections or safeguards if you were to experience a severe life incident like getting in a car accident and losing your job because of injury (like I was). Instead, they'll charge you $160 for being just a month behind. But tbh, with as many of these facilities that you see around, you don't really expect them to care about people. Most companies don't and Extra Space sure lives up to that! Two stars only because of the employees, the company itself, zero.

Very nice units available and very helpful with the process of getting it setup. I called over the phone for my first unit and was helped at the main desk for an additional unit. Both times they made sure I got the best deal available. Customer service was great.

I've been here a few months and am very happy with the facility. The building is clean and staff is quick to address any issues. David is a fantastic host that addressed all my questions and clearly communicated what to expect. Security cameras give peace of mind while climate control assures your valuables are well-kept.
