  I previously left a glowing review for this restaurant over a year ago. I went a couple times after that and it was fine. I went around 1 month ago and what a difference. The service was horrendous. Our waitress was rude and completely disinterested. She brought us our coffees which were lukewarm. She forgot the cream and then tried to argue with me when she said she didn't know I wanted it (i did indeed order it with cream) We tried to get her attention and multiple other servers to no avail. she finally came by our table about 10-15 minutes later and we told her the coffee was cold. She was unapologetic and eventually brought us hot coffee. Our food was fine... but fine is not worth the price they're charging combined with this level of service. She never returned to our table, and we had to flag down another waiter to get our bill and leave. For what is supposed to be a premium restaurant with high prices, the value and most definitely the quality of service is not there. Don't recommend.

  Justin was our server, and he was attentive and contributed to the great atmosphere! Loved our lunch there today!

  I see many reviews here for the restaurant how ever this is a review of our shopping experience. In short - 5 stars. Greeting very nicely (Christine ????) and offered a drink ! (Wow). Wound up spending a half our with Customer Service staff member named Izzie (excuse spelling if incorrect) who was beyond kind and helpful (and knowledgeable). We are in early stages of fitting out a new residence so haven’t gone thru the complete experience..but this first impression was extremely positive. And BTW the design of the building and layout are in their own right outstanding and worthy of a visit.

  A great place for lifestyle photography for RH customers. The staff is always accommodating whenever I have a gig here! My favorite place to shoot for the aesthetic.

  Purchased a beautiful leather Chelsea sectional to replace my Cloud (that I bought from another RH), the entire team here-- especially shout out to Laura and Ginger, were professional and patient with helping us pick out the right piece. Having shopped at a few RH's, the people here are the best I have worked with.
