  Keith and Lucas or extremely helpful and knowledgeable and taught me a lot about pools they went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Those guys need raises. I will be using your company as long as Keith and Lucas do the work. I know you have other qualified people, but those guys are amazing so accolades to them and I appreciate the service and we will be doing business in the future for sure thank you very much Patrick and Melissa Ventrone.

  My experience was good so I thought until I received the charges on my card and hose to pump came off after pump was only on for an hour. I was charged $651 with no invoice to explain charges until I called to question the charges. You have to put a credit card on file to schedule the appointment. When I called to schedule my appointment I was quoted $125 for service call, $135 for every hour the tech was at my location and what ever the price of the chemicals was that needed added to balance water. My techs was here for approximately 1.5 hours. Never was told I have to pay per tech (which they sent out two) until after I was charged and questioned the charges. I was then told they gave me a discount of $95 instead of the $125/$135 I was quoted. I then asked will a tech come back out because, the hose that they connected came off. I was told I would have to pay for them to come back out, but they would only send one tech this time. Mind you when I scheduled the initial appointment, they knew the pool wasn’t filled all the way up and told me they would come out and connect everything and if something wasn’t working properly, they would come back out once pool was filled up.

  I love Eastern Pool. The staff - all of them - are excellent. Fromdesk to on-site service, they are responsive, friendly and professional. And my pool looks great. People comment on it. When I did everything myself, it was a disaster. Highly recommend for maintenance and upkeep.

  Amber and Dixie are the best always gracious and helpful. Greg has been part of the team taking care of my pool for years. Thank you for helping me keep my pool in great condition.

  Moved to Akron in time for pool season with no experience owning a pool. Eastern Pools and their outstanding, skilled staff has made it easy maintaining a resort environment in our own back yard, 5 STARS across the board. Thanks for a great first season so far!
