  The guys came and we talked for about 30 and they left. No digging was done and then I got a bill of $200+ for services rendered. Nothing was repaired! I was unaware that there was a service charge. When I called they never told me that. I’m a little disappointed that they were unprepared for my issue. I still have a broken pipe that’s sucking air.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. They run your pool water through the tester that is connected to a computer and print out the results to take home with you. The results tell you what your pool needs and they have the chemicals available to buy.

  Very poor service, not provided service I asked for, lied about quoted price, very rude when you try to talk to them about it, they won't listen to you at all, they dont care to keep their customers happy or take care of them. Also just show up when they want, I scheduled a time for a purpose, they just showed up hrs before the window of time they were supposed to.not a nice place to do buisness with go somewhere else.

  I bought a house and it had a pool that I wasn’t sure what to do with, it was cloudy and green and a mess. I called eastern pool guys and they came out and helped me with my issue my pool is looking lively
