- DGDanette GissingerAug 21, 20261.0Eastern pools opened my pool up for me this year. They hooked up my hoses backwards to my pump. All year I could not get my pool clean. I spent so much money on pool products and couldn’t get it clean. I decided that just close it because we didn’t want to go in a dirty pool. So I had Eastern pools come to close it and that’s when the tech told me that they hooked up my pump backwards when they opened it. We contacted Eastern pools and they would not stand behind their work. They opened the pool, put the hoses on and the sand in the filter and they are acting like it wasn’t them. Would not recommend.
