  After the hot summer made our grass sparse and brown (despite a lot of watering), Mr. Rossi took the time to inspect and properly diagnose the problem (needed insecticide as well as fertilizer). His crew promptly did that work and some overseeding, and now the lawn is thick and green again! And they did it for a reasonable price. I will be using Rossi Landscaping again in the spring.

  Rossi did all of our landscaping and grass for our new construction home. It looks amazing. We have the best landscaping on the block!

  As the executor of an estate, I kept Rossi on since the decedent had already had a contract with them. They did good work all season and were willing to work through some issues with timely payment due to estate issues. The problems came when the new season was to begin the following year. I only needed them to do some basic maintenance for the beginning of the season, as the house was on the market. Repeated calls to Mike Rossi went unanswered. He absolutely NEVER returned a call. I had to call constantly. The grass continued to grow as I heard from no one, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Once I did finally get Rossi on the phone (I happened to call late when he answered the phone), he handed me a litany of excuses and promised to go to the site and give me a call back. He never did. I called back two more times to no avail. My last call was to tell the poor staff person on the phone that Mike shouldn't even bother to call me back, as if he were planning to anyway. In the face of angry neighbors, I was forced to call on other services - which at that late point in the season was very difficult. I wouldn't recommend Rossi Landscaping mainly due to their poor follow through and poor customer service. They caused a problematic situation for me unnecessarily.
