  Terrible service called 3 times, gave them all the pertinent info and was promised a call for appointment, but never got that call. Don't know how the y are still in business

  Ordered a fireplace door insert in Sept. arrived the week before Thanksgiving. Paid for the installation and when they arrived to install it was measured wrong. No refund or money back offered. Fast forward to a this week came and installed the door after it finally arrived. They put in 4 screws and left told me to caulk it in myself no clue why I paid for installation at all for a half completed job. Definitely won't ever be back for anything not even a propane refill. There's a place in Westlake a little further north might be worth it to take your business there haven't had the chance to visit but couldn't be worse
