  We bought a ‘Ruby Spice’ summersweet shrub from Pettiti’s last month. We cared for it until it finally bloomed. It had white flowers, not pink tinged like it showed on the tag. So we took all the necessary paperwork back to Pettiti’s today. Here’s what Dave the manager offered: if they get any in this fall, he’ll give us half off. We asked him if they were expecting any. He said no. And the discount only applies to this season, not next year! We told him we were hoping to look at some coneflowers to buy, could he discount those. He chuckled and said no. So we got nothing for their mistake. Great customer service! So we went to Lowes and bought our coneflowers. Last time we’ll be there. Update: they did reach out to apologize and offered to send a gift card. They said they would be addressing my situation with the staff. Thank you.

  Tony from the nursery was INCREDIBLY helpful. Exceptional customer service. He was so thorough and helped me figure out a large order of trees and I couldn’t be more grateful for him making this large purchase seamless and hassle free.

  This is a WONDERFUL nursery! But not just a nursery, but all the wonderful home goods, bird houses, furniture, decor and so much more! I needed 2 house warming gifts and this was the place to go!!! It was so hard walking out with only gifts and not buying anything for me! lol

  Super impressed with their selection of houseplants! They have several that I rarely see at other nurseries and they're mostly all healthy and beautiful! Staff is also very helpful if you have questions.

  Just bought a black lace elderberry plant today which looks great, but wondering why you wouldn't sell black beauty elderberry too? My black lace needs a pollinator to produce fruit. One isn't much good without the other!
