    We purchased a dishwasher on Friday evening, paid the almost $200 in fees for installation and removal. The site says someone will call with 24-48 hours, we know the weekend does not usually count so I wait until Tuesday at 5pm to call when I do not hear from someone. She tells me that no one will be contacting me for install for another week!! Are you serious?? We do not have a dishwasher and one of the reasons we went with this one is because it said within 48 hours. She said it is because the dishwasher will not get to the store until the Wednesday after I ordered it, which the site never said - why would it not be black and white how long this will take? Then the tech will be notified 24 hours later, so Thursday she said. Then she mumbled about the weekend and Monday and said the tech will reach out by Tuesday of next week. And that is just to schedule the install! Oh and of course we tricked into a credit card for this purchase, I mean we have beeb planning on getting one to Home Depot or Lowe's anyways, but I am regretting picking Lowe's. I was so excited for this dishwasher too, and now I feel like I am going to have to go to the store and cancel it all because I just do not want to wait that long

    The cashier in the garden department this morning was amazing. Even with one of the worst customers I’ve ever seen. She was professional and kind and kept her composure. Managers protect your staff

    Ordered vinyl flooring from the North Canton Lowe’s and the entire experience has been a joke. My order was marked as delivered, but the confirmation photo clearly shows it was dropped off at a completely different house, not even close to my property. I contacted corporate the same day and was told someone would reach out within 24 hours. The next day, the North Canton store called to confirm delivery, and when I explained it had been delivered to the wrong address, the representative sounded surprised, apologized, and assured me it would be re delivered within 24 hours. That never happened. After waiting another full day, I called corporate again and was told it was out of their hands and to contact the store. When I called the store, I was told essentially the same thing, no solution and no accountability. So Lowe’s delivers my order to the wrong house, acknowledges it, promises to fix it, then does absolutely nothing and leaves me to deal with it myself. At this point, I’ve had to file a PayPal claim just to try to get my money back. Mistakes happen, but this level of incompetence and lack of follow through is unacceptable. If you’re thinking about ordering delivery from this location, don’t. This experience has been a complete joke.
