Day of delivery got a text saying order was canceled with no reasoning and then another text saying my order was ready for delivery. Carrier called me asking about the order and they were advised I canceled the order which I didn’t and we were just as confused. Called the Canton store and they told me they had 24 on hand and then said that number was in error and so they didn’t have stock. The store director canceled the order this morning and was supposed to reach out to me to notify me why it was canceled. I was never notified. Terrible customer experience all around.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
