  Giving one star because I have too, otherwise it's ZERO. I purchased a washer and dryer set and paid extra ($400)for the extended warranty on both items. With said warranty you get 3 free service calls per year. I have notever used their service since I have not needed it. Now fast forward to needing my dryer fixed and all of the sudden "they can't find my order, purchase or the warranty information" EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MY RECIEPT WITH THE INFORMATION THEY NEED. Over a month of waiting and my dryer warranty claim has still not been located, service has been canceled twice and my dryer is still not working properly. I have reached out to corporate, the warranty company itself and my local Lowe's store with zero issues resolved and still no "warranty found" for my dryer. Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in this store. If you don't have choice but to shop here DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM PETE!!!

  We are so disappointed with the lack of support and care from both Lowe’s and an appliance manufacturer you see, Midea! We purchased a Dishwasher there in April 2026. We paid for it to be installed by Lowe’s as well, to ensure any issues we may encounter, would be handled by Lowe’s. We have never before with any other dishwasher, or told at Lowe’s with this one, to avoid putting any plastic ware or metal mugs in it for the first several weeks. So, we put in Stanley, Yeti and Tupperware items (all fully Dishwasher approved) to be washed. The outcome was awful. There was an off gassing from the plastic coated tines that left a permanent smell and flavor on all of those bottles, mugs and bowls. They were unusable and had to be replaced. We engaged with Lowe’s about the issue. They immediately said it was a problem but one that had to be handed by their install team, since we purchased the installation. So, the way sent a service technician to the house only to agree with the problem, but see no fault with the installation of the unit and pushed it off to the store. Store management then said it was a manufacture warranty issue and even though this unit was less than 48 hours old after we realized the problem and reported it to the store - they wanted nothing to with it. So I moved on to Midea directly. So much for easy resolution to any issues and buying from a large company here in America. Now I needed to strap in for a long process. After many phone calls and emails, on May 26, 2025 Midea emailed me they agree to pay us for the loss of our items, which we had to go out and buy all we. The loss was over $450. I signed a settlement agreement, sent it back and got an email stating we will see our payment in 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks, seeing nor hearing anything, I tried to email them. Oh yes, I forgot to mention - their settlement department has no phone number to call, only reachable by email. I’ll heard nothing back. After 10 weeks, I emailed again, and they did say the check was on the way. Last week, after week 13, I again emailed with no response. This week, week 14, I got an email back they are checking with their finance department. 48 hours later I had to email again because of no reply from them, and the said they are waiting to hear from the finance department b I’m fed up. This is all too much to go through for the sake of something so simple. I will never purchase another appliance at Lowe’s and openly, will choose to not buy anything from Lowe’s at all in the future. This was all mishandled from the beginning. Lowe’s should have taken care of the concern originally. They hold far more power of working with their vendors than a customer does. This was reported as an issue immediately after installation that had nothing to do with warranty of the product itself. If Lowe’s wants to be in the Appliance business then they need to take care of their customers just as any Appliance store would. After Lowe’s gave me a phone number to call, I did so. After taking to 2 different people, I finally got to someone who was willing to help. They called Midea and had me on hold. After a while on hold, they said a Midea needed yet 24-48 more hours to figure out where the promised payment for loss was. So, I called them back 48 hours after and the Lowe’s agent then said Midea was telling him the same thing. Even he got upset wondering why this was now in week 17 waiting for what was a 6-8 week promise. He asked me to wait another 48 hours and I have done that, and not heard from Lowe’s nor Midea. The Ohio State Attorney General however is interested in this scam and will be my next call. Lowe’s should really just pay me the $460 I’ve been out and battle it with there supplier who clearly has scammed me.

  Currently remodeling a bathroom. Pieces of the toilet order arrived broken, sliding shower doors, had the wrong pieces(can't install doors without the right cross sections). Unable to do a return for some reason on each of the 4 times I went in to customer service. Now its all sitting in the corner of my garage waiting to be thrown out as I redo my project budget to buy replacements from somewhere else. 5 years into home remodel projects in this home and I've finally learned, don't use Lowes

  Needed mulch, they didn't have it on the floor (looked twice and checked online before asking the garden center cashier). Garden center cashier just replied 'it's probably back there' and sent my husband to look again. He walked through half the store looking for someone to help him before finding someone who was from a different department. He was gone for 15 minutes before the garden center cashier thought to radio and ask someone to help. Turns out, it WASN'T 'back there' and we had to have someone find a skid for us. Super annoying that the cashier couldn't be bothered to just radio the first time we expressed difficulty finding something, especially since their website said they had it.
