Spend more time looking for somebody to cut some pipe than anything else, plus once I was finally able to locate somebody nobody in the store knew how to operate the cutter. I set my expectations low when coming to New Philly but am somehow always disappointed

So we are Lowe’s pro members and we have the credit card and we get all Our business stuff through Lowe’s. Basically, we’re very good customers. We spend a lot of money here. So we decided we were gonna buy a new washer and dryer On Saturday and they said it would be delivered Tuesday between 7 AM and 7 PM. Which for anybody waiting on a delivery u know it’s hard because somebody has to be there. So while we were gone, we had the neighbor come over to make sure that somebody was there. Then we get an update that it’s coming between 3 and 7 PM and he has two more deliveries before he gets to our house. Then after 7 PM, he calls and says he’s not coming and we have to reschedule. Which was really annoying since we already got rid of our old washer and dryer already And we made sure someone was home all day! Literally had the neighbor waiting for us! So I’m a little upset that they didn’t let us know until after the fact that they weren’t coming. But still, we figured certainly it will be delivered in the morning. NOPE!! The scheduling lady called and said Saturday would be the earliest they could do!! I said that’s not acceptable. We were supposed to have it today. We already took our stuff out and we need our washer and dryer that was promised today. She said sorry they have other deliveries the rest of the week!!! Well, what about the delivery that was supposed to be today?! I’m sorry, but move back the other people! It’s not my problem he didn’t get done! He absolutely still could’ve came to our house and got the delivery in. Or start early tomorrow and come to our house first you’re just dropping it off. You’re not even installing it! Absolutely ridiculous!
And it was hell trying to actually talk to somebody who could help us! We had no luck and I had to wait to call the next morning and after multiple phone calls to multiple numbers, I talked to somebody and They said there’s nothing they could do so I canceled my order And went to Weaver Like I should’ve done in the first place! We usually have a good experience at Lowe’s and I know a lot of hard-working people that work there and some tried to help and even agreed that this wasn’t right!! but their delivery Department is absolutely terrible. Do not get any items that need delivered!!! This is not The first time I’ve heard people have problems with this . They just do not care. Simple as that. No one even called me to see why we canceled our order or if there was anything they could do. Nothing. So just go to Weaver! They took care of us and got us our washer and dryer FAST! Because we need one since we already got rid of our other ones. We also will not be shopping here for other things. We will make the switch to other places.
Edit to response. We were told someone would reach out to get more information on what went wrong and no one ever reached out. We tried to talk to somebody higher up multiple times. I would never just give a bad review without giving the opportunity to make it right. We just couldn’t talk to anybody who cared. And then they were supposed to contact us and nobody ever did.
I do thank you for the response. I know it’s not personally your fault. But we did try every avenue.

Went to get mulch and paid for it and was told to go through pickup lane and they would load it for me. Waited and nobody showed up so a 70 year old woman had to load the bags all by herself. Glad my car only held 10.
