I visited this location five times over the course of a week while working in the area, and it is by far the worst Lowe's I've ever been to.
Four out of the five times I checked out at the Pro Desk, the cashiers either stopped in the middle of my transaction to have conversations with other employees or pulled out their phones to text instead of finishing the transaction. Checkout was already slow, and there was usually a long line, which only made the experience more frustrating.
In addition, several items I needed were in stock but had not been down-stocked to the shelves. This forced me to spend extra time searching for an employee to assist me, which was difficult because finding someone available for help was a challenge in itself.
Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this store. When I returned a few unused items last night, I was fifth in line, and every customer ahead of me was dealing with incorrect orders or defective products they had purchased. Many of them appeared to be getting the runaround instead of receiving a prompt resolution.
Overall, the poor customer service, lack of staffing, and operational issues made every visit more frustrating than it should have been.

If I was just going off the attitude of the workers alone on the day I went in, 0/5 stars.
We had an unexpected funeral and I called on Friday asking if they would hold our kids build kits and we could pick them up. The associate said “absolutely, you can pick them up Sunday” at which point she took down my name and phone number and said they would hold two kits for my kids. If I had been told no, i would’ve just stopped on my way to my uncle’s funeral to pick them up. I understand if the standard is to not hold them and I would totally have been understanding if that was communicated to me. When I went in to pick up the kits I was VERY rudely told by Mindy that that’s not standard they never should’ve told me that, acknowledged that she saw my name and phone number written down with the requests for kits, and said “they’ve all been handed out.” Mindy seems like she hates her job and her life, she was so rude when speaking to me. Not only am I who brings her kids in monthly for the kids builds, but a customer who has spent a pretty decent amount in their store to fix up our home. Incredibly disappointed with the disrespect displayed by someone who appeared to be in management (or at least higher up) I’m making an assumption based on her outfit, but with her attitude I could totally be wrong as I don’t understand how someone as rude as her made it higher up. So now I get to deal with stupid resellers asking for $20 a kit for something that should’ve been free. This never happened to me at Home Depot, just saying.

Don’t go here to get topsoil or mulch. Waited 30 minutes to have them load up our truck paged multiple people nobody would come to the answer the the page manager had to come out and load us up herself. Person in front of us got 50 bags. We got 60 bags. There are seven cars in line and this one female manager is expected to load everybody’s vehicles absolutely ridiculous poor management.
