I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending thousands of dollars and over a year trying to resolve this, I feel obligated to warn others.
In January 2025, we purchased an Electrolux gas dryer from Millersburg Electric. At the time of purchase, we specifically told them the dryer would be used with propane, and we expected it to be properly converted before pickup.
Within a few months, the dryer became increasingly noisy. By March 2026, it completely stopped working and displayed an EF3 error code. Since Millersburg Electric would neither install nor service the dryer, we paid another company to diagnose it. When they couldn’t identify the issue, we hauled the dryer 60 miles back to Millersburg Electric ourselves.
After keeping it for about a week, they told us the dryer was fixed. We brought it home, hooked it up, and it immediately displayed the exact same EF3 error. It clearly had not been repaired.
At that point, after paying for service calls and getting nowhere, we felt we had no choice but to purchase another Electrolux dryer. Millersburg Electric said they sold it to us “at cost,” but we still paid for a brand-new dryer. Again, they would not install it or verify it was operating correctly. We were told it had been converted for propane.
The second dryer was even more frustrating. It powered on, rotated only five times, and shut off. When we contacted Millersburg Electric, their response was essentially, “It worked here, so it’s out of our hands.” They refused to troubleshoot, return to inspect it, or discuss a solution—even though we’re only about 60 miles away.
The issue is now being handled through Frigidaire/Electrolux warranty service. Multiple parts have already been replaced, and the dryer still doesn’t work.
What is most disappointing isn’t just the product failures—it’s the complete lack of customer service after the sale. We have invested significant time, money, and effort transporting appliances, paying for service calls, and trying to get someone to stand behind what they sold us. Instead, we’ve been left with two non-functioning dryers and no meaningful support from the retailer.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Millersburg Electric. I also cannot recommend Electrolux based on the reliability issues we’ve encountered. When you spend this much money on appliances, you expect both the product and the retailer to stand behind them. Unfortunately, neither has happened in our case!

an excellent quality company that believes in good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. i bought a used Generac generator. They picked up the generator, delivered it to our home and arranged for all the various components required for installation. From propane to electric to power company to final inspection, all done efficently and all i did was watch! I HIGHLY recommend this local company that has been in business since 1945.

Hired them to fix a simple bathroom light they came in with 3 guys each charging hourly and “fixed” it the first time. It worked for an hour after they left and then stopped working. When I call them to get them to fix their mistake they come back out and got the light working properly but cut the wire cover on the wall 3 inches longer so it’s pulled up at an angle and exposing a cut open wire. Still have a light but not worth the almost $300 they charged me
