Bait and switch . Go to Lowe’s to buy a washer and dryer for 499.00 a piece . Well guess what they don’t have any there or any other Lowe’s in Ohio . Why, are you advertising you have these models ? Wouldn’t sell me the floor model . So , I buy another set , it gets loaded in my truck we take off the carton and the damn dryer is dented! Omg, really I spent 1190.00 dollars cash and my husband couldn’t use his military discount. Wish I went to home depot now. I’ll never buy anything at Lowe’s again ! You should at least refund some of my money on the dryer.

My Lowe's experience was not the best today. This may be a new low for customer service and quality workers We went up to buy an item in garden area and could see it was out on the floor but there were multiple pallets in the above shelf. We asked the cashier if they had it else where or could get us an item down. They said they were not sure about anything just covering area. They called on the radio for help and was told no was was working in the outside area. Basically we cant get item for you so no luck. We walked outside and ordered online from Phone since there was 341 of the item and the workers didn't seem to want to help. We figured if we ordered it...eventually someone would get it down and let us know when to come back. As soon as we got home (like 30 min) we get the email and messages that our item is ready for pick up. I sent my wife and when she came home it was not the right item. Basically they grabbed a item that was kind of like what i paid for since it must be to hard to get the right item. On a side note...one would think they would scan in the items that supposedly match the order so they would know they completed it correctly. I called customer service and was told a bunch of BS...then they realized what I was saying. I was told they would get my item down and have it at the customer service desk. I got there...and guess what...no item. The person we talked to went on break or something and the lady had to call around to fund someone to get the right item down. This Lowe's really likes to waste peoples time. Finally a worker walked out with us so we could show them all the pallets above where the item was...he got a lift and got us the item. Oddly we didn't have to go back to the customer service area...just told we could leave out the garden center. Three trips...a bunch of horrible customer service, a broken order online process ...horrible attention to detail...and not one sorry we screw up. I am so disappointed in this location's customer service and lack of attention to detail. Highly recommend double check everything..and shop elsewhere if you need customer support.
