  There's an old saying that between affordability, speed and quality, you can only choose two. I'm happy to say that Ash Tree Service Pro actually offers all three. We had a huge limb fall in the recent storm and it created quite a mess. On Monday afternoon, I sent an email inquiry. Not two hours later, he was on the scene with a quote. By Tuesday afternoon, the limb was gone and the damage to the tree was cut back. Spectacular service!

  A neighbor's large tree fell across the service line to my house and onto a detached garage. Some branches were sticking through the roof of the garage. I wanted the branches to be lifted up and out because if they fell through into the garage they could have caused damage to the contents inside. Other companies were not at all confident that they could accomplish this. Axel said it would be no problem as they had the proper equipment. I called early on a Saturday morning. He was out to give an estimate in less than an hour. The price was very competitive. I gave Axel the go ahead at the end of the day Saturday and he agreed to remove the tree the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, did everything he said he would do and more. They even cleaned up the smaller debris with blowers and rakes, which I was not expecting. Very quick and impressive operation. They came in with a crane truck, bucket truck, chipper, and skid steer. The job was done and cleaned up in under an hour and twenty minutes from start to finish. Communication was great throughout; Axel was very responsive to texts and answered the phone the few times I called. If I ever need this kind of work again I will definitely be calling Axel.

  Axel came out and walked around my home to help asses trees I wanted trimmed back. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave a very fair estimate for the job! He scheduled a time with me in the week and when he realized I needed it done sooner, he worked it out to where his crew could come later the same day! I appreciated that so much! They did a great job on all the trees! They worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all debris. I will def call them back for any future projects! I highly recommend this company and will pass their number along to anyone in need of their services!

  I am so pleased with Ash Tree Service! Axel Ortiz is friendly,professional and he and his crew did an outstanding job with minimal time in completing the job. The estimate for the job was extremely reasonable especially compared to the big business company estimates. I have attached before and after pictures for comparison. I can't give them enough credit for their outstanding service. Thank you Axel Ortiz for making me feel like an important customer and providing amazing results!
