  I cancelled this service in February. Now it is May and they are still debiting my checking account. Many phone calls later, and they are still taking money from my account. what fraud!

  Not a bad company but beware of the fine print. When you sign up with them you're agreeing to a 60 month contract + you pay for installation fees and it's more expensive then a lot of the other ones on the market. The Fine print got me.

  This is a very good company with excellent customer service. The one negative is that they lock you into a long term contract (5 years!) despite the initial installation fees. If you cancel, the contract requires you to pay 1/2 of the remaining balance of the entire contract. This is an expensive proposition if you sell your home and then must pay 1/2 of the balance of the contract for monitoring at a residence that you no longer own. In today's world of mobility, you may wish to consider if you would take this risk.

  Excellent customer service and good pricing. I would highly suggest Shiver for anyone looking to protect their family. Thank you for making me feel safer in my home.
