  I dropped off a single suit to get cleaned for a wedding. I was told by the person I dropped it off that it would be ready at a certain date. I drove to pick up the suit and it was not ready. It's just a giant inconvenience and costing me time and gas money to drive back and forth between this place to get the suit that I was promised.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter's white outfit she was going to wear to her graduation. I only wanted it pressed. When I dropped it off it was examined by the staff member who took it. Went to pick it up there was a stain on it. The person at the counter pointed it out and I must say she was very nice. However, she called in one of the other workers to see if she could fix the stain and she rudely said not until Wednesday. I said my daughter needs it by tomorrow and she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well, I can't help you. She proceeded to walk out the door and she tuened back around and said " we dont know of the stain was on there when she brought it in and slammed the door" The worker behind the counter then called the manger/owner to tell her the issue and if she could fix it and the manger also said not until Wednesday. The worker told her she need it by tomorrow and the manger said too bad can't fix it til Wednesday. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The woman who own this place has unprofessional trash working there, excluding the person who was helping me behind the counter. I'm talking about the dry cleaners, not the laundromat next door.

  Been a customer for about 20 years. Quality dry cleaning. Never had a problem.
