  I am going to share my experience at this store. I came there looking for a few products for a project. During my wandering, I saw two women searching for things as well. A few moments later one of the employees is walking by and the two women attempt to stop her and to ask where something was. One of the women politely asked the employee a question, however, the employee never stopped to give her attention. This employee continues to walk away from them while saying to the women sort of rudely that it was back there. The employee never pointed in a direction or directed the women to follow her. The two women looked at one another very confusingly while the employee just walked away. The two women quickly followed the employee to ask her if they were supposed to follow her or was she going to go get it. The employee finally stopped and turned to them and, again, rudely said um yeah. In that moment I found what I was looking for and proceeded to the check out. Lucky me ended up getting this employee at the check out counter. She did not greet me, she in fact said nothing at all until I needed to cash out. She typed in whatever numbers she needed and told me the price. I wasn't aware that hobby lobby still was locked in the 1960's and actually is the only big box store doesn't have tap to pay in 2026. Unfortunately I didn't have my card with me, but don't you worry the employee made it very clear to me that I wasn't going to buy the products. She had quite the attitude with a passive aggressive demeanor for not having my card. No worries though, I live close. So I go home to get my card and come back. The employee put the clean white board on the dusty and dirty floor along with the other items I had. After I came back in I told her I was just going to grab this stuff and she rudely and rather loudly said, "but you didn't pay for it, you can't just take it!" I made the better choice to not acknowledge her attitude and proceeded to a different and longer line to avoid coming in contact with that employee again. I cashed out with the sweetest employee one lane over and for those moments did not regret giving money to a company that employees some of the most entitled little brat employees I have ever encountered. I truly hope that they fire that rude employee after they explain that she is a useless and rude employee and nobody wants to be within spitting distance of her. It's truly sad that she likely lied about who she really is before the company wasted their money training her. Because of her attitude, I will not be coming back to that store and will take my business to Amazon or like ONLINE company, because it is in fact 2026 and we can do that now. The frustration of employees like that and the companies lack to evolve with modern times will certainly be the ultimate downfall. 3 stars because at least they had what I needed.
