  As President of our HOA and a trustee for our community pool, I couldn’t be happier with the RFID access system Securitec installed for us. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The installers did an outstanding job, and the system has worked exactly as promised. The biggest benefit has been the time it has saved. I no longer spend countless hours dealing with lost pool passes or complaints about unauthorized visitors. Instead, the RFID system provides an easy and reliable way to manage access. An added bonus is that our lifeguards can now focus their attention where it belongs—on keeping swimmers safe—instead of checking pool passes. To top it all off, the project was a very cost-effective solution for our community. I highly recommend Securitec to any HOA, neighborhood, or organization looking for a dependable, professional access control system.

  I have been a long time customer, but now that key members of the staff have retired (Kathy) their customer service sucks! Every time they come out to fix, repair or update the system they end up breaking something else and want to charge you for the issue(s) they created!

  Just had Securitec update and overhaul my old security/camera system. They did an incredible job installing and training my staff on the new system. The workers were kind, professional and super knowledgeable. Very pleased with my experience! Would highly recommend.

  Been a life long customer and it’s always been a 5 star review. However, when it’s a local company you would hope some things like calling to put your system “In-Test” would route you to a human- that has changed. I was greeted with an AI chat bot trying to answer my questions which inevitably got it wrong, and sent the fire department due to a little smoke from the oven. You would think for the monitoring fee I could talk to a human for the 1 minute it takes to put the system in test, instead of cutting corners like this, and using a chat bot. I think it would be best to re-evaluate this practice with people property at risk.

  A good resource for your commercial site that needs badge access and alarm protection. Doug is an honest and fair guy and his team is very professional. They are one of the premier alarm companies in NE Ohio and the only one I recommend.
