  called about an item and see if they had it in stock before I drove up there and they said they had three asked if they could hold they said yes they’ll hold it until 8 o’clock. I got there at 7:15 and I called at 6:51 and they said they don’t have it they took my name and everything I wasted my time my gas to come up here so in that 30 minute span they claim someone grabbed it off of the shelf before they can bring it up upfront. i’m assuming an employee is holding it for themselves. very unprofessional. wasting my time even after i called and confirmed!!!!!!!

  Extremely rude employees. They will hold up a line for 30 minutes and never call anyone over to help them out. They always have attitude and are never helpful. None of them, pay attention at the register and would rather just talk amongst themselves, then actually do their job. I have been to so many other hobby lobbies and they are so much better. This one is honestly the worst one…

  I LOVE this store. I can get in real trouble with my credit card. Everything you could ever need for any crafting project and more.

  If u could give a zero review I would . I encountered the most rude unprofessional individual I’ve ever saw . I waited in. Line abc was unaware that they did not accept Apple Pay but was parked outside the door and grabbed cash she closed the line down and took my glue to exchange line and wanted me to get back in line of about 8 people and then opened u the line back up and started taking other people after waiting in line additional 14 minutes more I felt as if she doesn’t value customer her name was Alexus but Nikayla took great care of me . I spoke to TY about the issue as well . Everyone should be treated fairly no matter what color your skin is . I felt racial discriminating against
