This place sucks bought a new zero turn mower on the 28th of last month. Was told it would be delivered on the 5th of August..gat a message stating it would be here between 10 and 2 about 10 minutes later was notified it would be delivered on the 11th. Will no longer be shopping at Lowes again. As far as I'm concerned they can go out of business.

New client at Lowes and will never be going back!! Bought a 54 inch Ariens mower in Marysville on 7/28. Delivery was promised on 8/5 which is 1 1/2 weeks later. On 8/5 after receiving an email confirming delivery the delivery date was changed to 8/11 which is totally not acceptable. Marysville sent the order to Columbus for delivery even though we are 10 miles from Marysville. Also, still no mower but received the bill already! I feel this is totally unacceptable customer service. Lowes just lost a customer who was going to make several more large purchases from their store.

I do not recommend purchasing carpet and installation services through Lowe's in Marysville.
My 71-year-old mother spent nearly $9,000 on new carpet, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. She moved all of her furniture herself before installation. The subcontractors installed only half of the carpet and never mentioned there were any issues with the product or seams. After she had moved all of her furniture back into the completed rooms, she was informed days later that the carpet would need to be removed and reinstalled due to defective seams.
Despite this being no fault of her own, Lowe's has not offered to move her furniture for the reinstallation. Communication has been poor throughout the process. They have repeatedly failed to provide updates on the dates they promised, have not clearly communicated if or when the existing carpet will be removed and replaced, and have left her home in a state of disarray with no clear resolution.
For a purchase of this size, I expected accountability, proactive communication, and customer service that matched the investment. Instead, my elderly mother has been left to manage the physical burden, uncertainty, and inconvenience caused by mistakes that were entirely outside of her control.
I hope Lowe's takes responsibility for this situation, improves communication with customers, and ensures that subcontractors and installation issues are handled with the level of professionalism customers deserve.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and appropriately, our next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Ohio and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. We hope Lowe's chooses to address these issues, improve its communication, and make this right without requiring further action.
