They have no cashiers only self check out. You have a hard time finding someone to help you if you can't find what you're looking for. We put our stuff down where we were standing & left & got what we needed somewhere else. We won't go back to any Lowe's ever again.

Instantly pulls up the isle and bay. Do yourself a solid. Go to Lowes in marion and meet Ethan. From this day forward, I am a lowes only customer.

I have been working on laying flooring for a renovation project at our home. I started with a few boxes of vinyl plank peel and stick color tangle wood birch. The boxes I started with went down with no issues after cleaning and prepping the floor then rolling on self stick primer before laying the flooring. I happened to be in Marion and thought I’d grab another box since I was there and went home. Continued on project starting with new box and found that even though it was same part number and exact same flooring the color was slightly lighter than the boxes I bought from Mansfield. I also began to notice that the flooring from the Marion store was not sticking even after using a roller to press the planks in to get a good bond. They would not stay down so I pulled them up and took the box back to Marion to return it appeared the planks were slightly bowed so not sure if that was the problem or maybe the planks from Mansfield had Thailand on the sticker and the Marion box said china. Either way I returned the box the girl that did the return was rude about it and I ended up speaking with try a manager. I got another box I’m back home and guess what. The second box from the Marion store is also not sticking. I’m exhausted from this and I’ve been down on the floor for hours installing this flooring. The pieces from the Marion store I’m going to have to buy an adhesive glue now just to get it to stick and redo all the pieces I’ve laid. This is a disaster. Don’t recommend any flooring from the Marion Lowe’s.
