  I was there with my disabled adult grandson to purchase a desk chair for him. We had previously purchased several pieces of furniture from this store and had a good experience in the past. This time, the saleswoman, Lisa, was awful to both of us. She did not listen and then belittled me for wanting to use a debit card instead of a credit card, and that's only one example. I should have just left the store, but my grandson had been so excited to get the chair for his first apartment. I will never go back.

  My husband and I have gotten our last 3 furniture pieces here and it has been great. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and they have so many different furniture options. HIGHLY recommend going here for your furniture needs!

  Lisa was our sales representative and she was super helpful. She understood my design ideas and left me to explore. I bought two chairs and will be back for more living room furniture after I move into my new house.

  Nick was very helpful in choosing the best living room furniture for our family needs. I'm not a big fan of leather furniture but after his insight on the pros and cons of owning leather vs cloth he had me convinced. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with without being pushy.

  Thomas Lee and Lisa Bostick were both amazing to work with when deciding to purchase a sectional couch. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to point out options we had not considered previously. Thomas went above and beyond during all 3 (yes, 3) of my visits to the store over multiple days trying to make a decision - even going so far as to help me measure each piece on the sectional because I didn't trust the dimensions given on the product sheet. He greeted us with a smile and made my entire family feel welcomed every visit. Thomas was courteous and kind even though my children were literally creating chaos across the entire store. He offered them toys as a distraction and never made us feel like we were being a problem for others inside looking at other furniture. Thomas was not pushing for a sale, simply giving information about the quality products they offer. I am grateful for the kindness and knowledge he showed every time I was in the store. I was pleased to give Furniture Row my business especially after going to several other furniture stores in Columbus. Thomas and Lisa more than earned our purchase. You should give them a try if you're considering buying furniture.
