  Do NOT use. Destroyed my door, left trash on my porch, ridiculously overpriced. I contacted the customer service number yesterday and spoke to someone 7-8 times and am getting the classic runaround. They keep making weak excuses: it was cold, it was a security lock (nope, standard lock purchased from Lowe's). I gave the tech many opportunities to walk away, say he was in over his head, didn't know what he was doing. Instead, he wanted money, so that was his motivation. The "locksmith" tech arrived at 5:45, left at 9:45. He tried to pick the lock first, then said he had to drill it out. He promptly broke a bit off inside the lock mechanism. He then proceeded to drill on a lock for 3 hours. He had no idea what he was doing. His family/friends were waiting in the car. He called someone, presumably for help at least 6 times. He then tried to use an angle grinder on the lock to cut the face off. Unfortunately, he had no idea how to attach the blade. At about the 3.5 hour mark, I called a friend who helped him attach the blade. When your tech still couldn't figure it out, my friend brought his angle grinder and cut it off for him in about 30 seconds. Your tech then jerked and pried on my door until the lock came out, doing significant damage. He then hastily installed a new deadbolt and only provided me with only on new key to the new lock. After he installed the new lock he came back to the front door to collect payment while my front porch was still littered with lock debris, broken drill bits, blades, and garbage from a tool he had opened during the "job". When I asked about the mess and broken tools he just said "yeah I broke it" and left. The next morning we were able to examine the front porch more carefully and found that he had gouged and dented the front door during the process, our door now has to be replaced. *They do not respond! This is a dishonest, untrustworthy company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

  When we called and asked the price, we were told they had to look at the lock to determine method used and price. They said they will let us know in advance and they are in our area. He arrived in about 20 minutes. The guy quickly began "looking" at the lock (closet door) and had it open within minutes. Then tells us the price was $309!! Never again! Do NOT recommend, total ripped off/scam!!
