We purchased a sofa that immediately gave us issues. Sales and corporate tried to help, but only "by the book". Shannon understood our problems and immediately offered a solution. She handled everything perfectly with a very pleasant attitude and totally hassel free. We went from doubting our La-Z-Boy experience to being totally pleased. We purchased 2 chairs and a leather sofa on July 2026 that was delivered mid-Aug, so we are real customers that had real problems that Shannon fixed.

There was never any pressure - just a relaxed conversation about chairs while sitting in some very comfortable chairs! She answered all of our questions without hesitation and truly knows her stuff. We returned the next day to purchase two chairs, and at the last minute, we added a sleeper sofa as well. Shannon patiently helped us choose the perfect fabric options for both the chairs and the sofa. She also explained the pricing in detail and made everything very easy to understand. The entire experience was delightful from beginning to end. I highly recommend asking for Shannon - she gets an A+++ from us and is definitely a tremendous asset to La-Z-Boy Furniture!
