  Our electronic recliner stopped working, and I found Ernst Furniture Services online and reached out for help. Ernst contacted me right away after I submitted my online request. He asked me to send a picture of the switch first so he could make sure he had the right part available before coming out, which I really appreciated. He was able to schedule an appointment within two days, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it immediately. Ernst was very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Ernst Furniture Services
