Was told idk maybe it’ll be done today(the next day). Had to call multiple times to get someone that knew what they were doing and finally get my order. Then had to wait another 20min at pickup just to have to go in anyways. Would rather shop at Home Depot.

My boyfriend and I were paying with cash when the machine took $400 and froze up. These things happen, no one was at fault. Each of these folks raced to get our money back to us… and I mean RACED. They meant business. They were extremely kind and diligent. We could not ask for better service. To each of you, your kindness has filled our hearts with so much joy. We will be back and hope to run into you guys again!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
