The online ordering, customer service, and employees are terrible. Was given the runaround for almost 24 hours why a few items weren’t ready. Was told idk maybe it’ll be done today(the next day). Had to call multiple times to get someone that knew what they were doing and finally get my order. Then had to wait another 20min at pickup just to have to go in anyways. Would rather shop at Home Depot.

Poor customer service. Waiting for 15 minutes to find someone who could help me get a grill. Once I did find someone they acted like I was disturbing their conversation they were having with a 2 other employees. Do better.

This review is for Cody, Janaisse, Kathy, Jenny, and Chloe. I hope I didn’t miss anyone or spell their names incorrectly. My boyfriend and I were paying with cash when the machine took $400 and froze up. These things happen, no one was at fault. Each of these folks raced to get our money back to us… and I mean RACED. They meant business. They were extremely kind and diligent. We could not ask for better service. To each of you, your kindness has filled our hearts with so much joy. We will be back and hope to run into you guys again!
