Hello storage searchers. I was in the need of moving from one storage facility because they kept raising the price on me. I decided to shop around and landed on ExtraSpace Storage.
I called the after hours number and spoke with Eric who was professional and answered all my questions. He made a reservation time for me to visit the facility the next morning. Next day I visited and met Chris from the westlake branch who was supporting the Lorain branch. He was extremely professional and gave me the tour and answered all my questions. I signed that day and took advantage of their online pricing. I look forward to moving my belongings into ExtraSpace Storage, the facility is clean and United are nice and climate controlled!

A little frustrating at first because email was slow coming on my phone and that was needed to get number to open outside door Didn't get map to explain where unit was so that took up time and energy looking for it lot of walking for elderly. Not enough carts to bring items in had to wait for people ahead of us to Un pack truck. Unit and Building is clean and ready for move in. Employees were courteous and helpful. I would give it a 8 out of 10. Only because first contact call quoted me a different size then I was given at actual place.and different price. All of it was corrected . The price is better than 3 other places and reasonable.
