While vacuuming them up I found the swarm outside one window. After I attempted to spray it down with a power washer and quickly realized I didn’t have the tools for this task. I called the emergency number at 5:33 p.m. and was greeted with politeness and knowledge. After thinking over the information I decided to call back at 5:39p to request help. The technician was on site in less than 20 minutes and assessed the issue. He treated the swarm and ensured me that he would return the next day to see if the activity appeared to be lessened and if it hadn’t he would treat it again. I’m thankful for the humanity in this company because our son hasn’t slept in his room in 4 days since getting stung. Not to mention the buzzing he had to have heard as both windows are by his bed. Had he been able to see the amount of bees I vacuumed he would have never wanted to sleep in his room again. For him knowing Tri County Peat Control came makes him feel better and in a couple days he can sleep back in his room. As a parent, I appreciate their willingness to give information quickly and respond faster once I said, “Go”. I took about 10 stings myself doing what I could, but am thankful for a quality local company of recognizable technicians that help keep my family and home safe.
