Very friendly people who are always so helpful! I was in a bad situation and needed a unit in an emergency situation. They returned my call after business hours and made sure I had a unit!! I was able to set it up over the phone and the process couldn't have been any easier!! In my situation it was also helpful that it was very affordable!! It's newly built, so it's very nice, clean & easily accessible...I would highly recommend!!!

Just rented a very nice moderately size unit with climate control, convenient access times and even provides carts for easy access to storage so pleased with the process did it all online you couldn’t ask for more highly recommend

Brand new facility right around the corner from our home. It was super easy to sign up for the storage now that my dad is moving in from NJ and need the time to "go through" boxes. Lots and lots of boxes. The staff was super nice and professional.

Seems like a nice facility. I like that there's a keypad to leave the facility as well. I imagine it helps the team see if anyone is possibly living on the facility since they can see when people come in and out. I also like that they have accessibility options for seniors or handicapped with sloped units and tougher pull ropes. The signage everywhere also helps "idiot proof" the place as everything here is pretty self explanatory. User friendly and seems well taken care of inside and out. Staff is always friendly. I also like that there's a UDF right down the street to get drinks and snacks if you're loading or unloading all day.

So far so good. Couple of issues early. 1 - the lock they initially gave us had be drilled out because it wouldn’t open but they promptly replaced it and all was good, 2 - disappointed to find out that we can’t have our stuff delivered via PODS because they don’t allow PODS on the property
