Worst company I have ever done business with! The lack of accountability, professionalism and willingness to help is DISGUSTING. Faith from the Lebanon oh location is the worst employee I’ve delt with. Poor attitude and will change your rates to be higher EVERY month, even tho she has the right to keep it the same, she chooses to double charge and not tell you! How nice, right? On July 21st I was supposed to receive a call from a district manager within two business days and I didnt receive one! Spoke with a lady who claimed she would help me and understood my frustration with the situation but showed me very quick how unprofessional the whole company is. Save your time and money do not rent from them! They will raise you prices, not tell you and then treat you poorly when you stick up for yourself! The cherry on the top is coming to get our stuff and it’s covered in MOLD. $1000’s of dollars down the drain and a headache from dealing with this terrible company. I don’t recommend. Reported to the BBB. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HASSLE. THEY WILL DELETE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS SO PEOPLE DONT SEE HOW THEY REALLY ARE. They will also comment on this and tell me to call the customer service number who will do NOTHING. Will never use this and make sure to tell everyone about my experience here

Very friendly people who are always so helpful! I was in a bad situation and needed a unit in an emergency situation. They returned my call after business hours and made sure I had a unit!! I was able to set it up over the phone and the process couldn't have been any easier!! In my situation it was also helpful that it was very affordable!! It's newly built, so it's very nice, clean & easily accessible...I would highly recommend!!!
