I was not renting a unit here but I purchased a unit at auction. Had a slight issue at pickup; management called me back and addressed the issue quickly and fairly. She was extremely gracious and more than accommodating. High level management at this location is 5 stars. If there are issues, they will take care of it. Recommend.

Move in was easy and access was great. The facility is safe and secure. Rates do go up though, pretty typical for these storage businesses. Overall a good experience.

Shysty business with lack of transparency towards renters. Within a 1 year period, this place changed rates on us with absolutely 0 notice, beginning at $85, then bumped all the way up to $147 just after 3 months of utilizing them, & now they are trying to charge nearly $170 again with 0 notice AT ALL.
On top of that, not to mention the fact that we had to remove all of our stuff out of their unit because all of our belongings were covered with BLACK MOLD.
Please head my warning & do yourselves a favor & save your money AND belongings by storing your stuff somewhere else that is more trustworthy & avoid storing it here if you can avoid it. They should be ashamed of how they operate as a business.
UPDATE:
Management won't do anything about it so don't hold your breath. Their level of greed should be studied & will be reporting them to the BBB because of their slime ball practice
