We purchased frames tonight that had two different price tags on them, and of course they refused to honor the original price. While they legally don't have to honor the discrepancy, you would think they would do the right thing. Ha! Who knew deception was a "Christian" principle? Know your rights: In Ohio, when an item is marked with two different prices, it is generally considered a deceptive practice under Ohio law if the higher price is charged. While no law forces stores to honor a lower mistaken price, consumers can report consistent, unfair discrepancies to the Ohio Attorney General or local auditors, and I will definitely be filing a complaint. Hobby Lobby should be reminded that we now have another option in the city, and we'll gladly take our business elsewhere.
