  Mike Hazel and his team were the absolute best. Here every day, courteous, professional, thorough. They dried out my basement after a bad flood and an insurance company that didn't return my call for 5 days to get them out here. By then the mold and bacteria had taken hold and they mitigated all of it. Highly recommend.

  Mike and his team were amazing at remediating after a sump pump back up. They were professional and very thorough. They also had a command of working with insurance. I highly recommend Carpet Pro/Flood Pro.

  Wow! What an excellent job Mike M. and Jeff did on my 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment!! They took their time and got it all clean while displaying professional and over-the-top work ethics! They even explained how to keep my carpet clean on a daily basis. I can't thank these two gentlemen enough! 🌞

  Mike M and Jack showed up at our apartment complex Solon Club Apartments after the neighbor on the top floors apartment flooded. It went all the way from the 5th floor to the 1st floor. The Guys were professional and thorough. Also very polite. I loved how they took the time to explain each step they took and concerning the equipment they had to leave to continue drying the floors and walls. Excellent Customer Service Skills. I’ll be buying a house soon and if I ever need any of your services I’ll think of your company first. Thank You Mike and Jack 4/23/2026
