Shawn in appliances was top notch. I was waiting at Lawn for close to 20 minutes for an employee to meet me at lawn after going to the refunds desk to request help. I had already been waiting 20 minutes for someone to come help me. I gave up I went to look for the deep freezer and Shawn was stellar. After helping me with the deep freezer he walked over to Lawn to help me get the lawn mower I wanted to buy. Then after telling him I could only fit one item in my car, he suggested that I go drop off the deep freezer then pick up the lawnmower! BRILLIANT. He said it could be ready for pick up in an hour. He definitely went above and beyond. Had Shawn not shown up I would walked and went to Home Depot.

I needed to pick up additional paint for an ongoing project and was greeted in the paint department by an employee named Jenna. Her exceptional customer service stood out immediately. The paint department is typically busy, yet Jenna greeted me with a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude. Even though the label on my paint can was difficult to read, she quickly identified the product I needed.
Jenna is an incredible asset to your team. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service are apparent, and I believe she has strong leadership potential. If she is not already in a management role, I highly recommend considering her for a promotion to assistant or general manager.

Worst place, items not in stock, No customer service. Came here for two things neither of them to be found. I'm sure their come back will be some disclaimer they have on the website that stock may not be actual, well then what good is it to look at their website to see if they have it in stock, completely broken system.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
