I bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher. When I bought them, they said delivery would be tomorrow, and I paid extra for that. This morning they sent me a message saying delivery will be in 4 days. Why did I pay extra for that?

Today my mom and I came in to pick out flowers for her garden for Mother’s Day. My mom is currently battling cancer and actively going through chemotherapy. She had just gotten out of the hospital for the third time in two weeks, but we wanted to enjoy a small moment together and spend 30 minutes outside in the warm weather.
My mom became very tired while we were there and needed to sit down while I waited in line to check out. I sat her on some soil bags because I couldn’t leave the line to take her to the car yet. An employee named Brandon noticed her, brought her a cold bottle of water, and stayed with her while I checked out. When I came back, he insisted on staying with her so I could pull the car around. He then walked her to the car and helped load all of our flowers for us.
I just want to recognize Brandon for the humanity and kindness he showed us today. He took the time to notice us, help my mom, and make her feel cared for and valued. He wished her a Happy Mother’s Day and truly helped make a very difficult season of life feel a little lighter.
Brandon is a genuinely kind heart in this world. Thank you, Brandon.

Blinds specifically. If you want blinds cut, plan on spending half the day there. That's if you can find someone to cut them. Bring your own measuring tape and measure them before they put the ends back on. First they cut them 7/16" too big, then after taking the time to bring them back they cut them 5/16" too short. I even heard the guy measure the blinds and say "yep" like it was right. Wow. Maybe he needs glasses. Normally I have a good experience here but this has been a frustrating end to the last year plus I've been taking to get blinds put in my house. If I ever get blinds in the future it won't be from here.

Toby is actively cutting some turf for me while being hit with an entourage of other customers and is handling it so calm and collected. Not batting an eye at the 10 different directions he’s being pulled. I don’t care how long it takes to leave with this Turf, Tell Toby his customer service is refreshing and I appreciate his attention to his customers.

First, the AI bot call assistant to check about a product is very annoying as it keeps repeating the same instructions, even if you clearly mention what you are looking for. Should remove the AI call assistant.
Second, finding the aisle for a product was just impossible, no clear instructions online or from the staff. I hope this feedback helps to improve the service.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
