The last few times I've come to this store I have had employees at the store follow me around while I'm walking around the store. It's a shame because I genuinely loved just stopping in the store to see what they have on sale and I ALWAYS buy something when I shop here. Just had a store manager happen to pop up in aisles I was shopping in on multiple occasions. Just obnoxious when I have been in this store on so many occasions and even very friendly with a few of the cashiers. I did stop and speak with said manager about her behavior and we had a cordial interaction, but I won't be back anytime soon.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
