  Tim was great. Once we told him our limit and what we were looking for he showed us different living room sets n recliners. Ryan did the same thing when it came to the bed frames. We were in n out of the stores in under an hour shopping for living room furniture, bed frames, n mattresses. Highly recommend Tim, Ryan, n Andres.

  We had done our research and knew what we wanted. Walked in found what we wanted on the floor. Salesman approached, we explained this is what we would like. He asked if we had any questions. We did not. Walked back to the desk and completed the paperwork. In and out in about 30 minutes.

  Jayden was very helpful! He was patient with my wife and I while looking for a new bed frame and dresser. He showed us multiple sets and took his time to find out what we really wanted. Id recommend shopping here to anyone that is looking for quality furniture at a fair price without feeling pressured to overspend or buy more than you're looking for. If you can find Jayden, I recommend asking him for help to get that quality furniture that every home deserves!

  Anthony was WONDERFUL. Sneakily helpful at just the right times, probably when we looked confused. I’m sure he was THINKING “ope! We’ve got a live one!” But he certainly kept his cool and didn’t treat us like he was thinking that. 😏 My husband doesn’t like salespeople (mostly because he was one), but he liked Anthony and insisted we only buy a couch from him. 😊 In general, the selection is large enough that the way you can shop for sectionals now (basically sit, see if you like the feel and shape, then ‘choose your own adventure’ as far as size, seating types, color etc), we didn’t even bother going elsewhere. It’s overwhelming, but much LESS overwhelming than last time we bought furniture, 15 years ago. Have to wait a couple months for stock, but it’s probably because we’ve got such great taste and picked a hot commodity. 😏Thank you, Anthony! I’ve been told I’m persuasive myself, so I hope they give you a raise. My husband and I didn’t even bicker - high five!

  SAVED $890.00 Thank you Jayden for taking the time to help us with the purchase of our recliner. We had no idea Furniture Row(Holland, OH) sold La-Z-Boy recliners. While browsing, we found the most comfortable leather recliner called the "Greyson." We hated the color, but couldn't get past how comfortable it was. After much debate, we came to the unfortunate conclusion that regardless of comfort, the color wasn't going to work for us. Well... This is where sales rep. Jayden steps in and tells us he can special order different colors of leather and upgrade the recliner from manual to power. He came back with a La-Z-Boy binder filled with various color & leather(quality) options. What really impressed me was the time Jayden took to explain all of these options/details along with the associated costs that would come with each option. That's what I'm talking about.... Now we can get BOTH the color and comfort we were looking for thanks to Jayden's willingness to take the time to help us 30 minutes before they would close. End result... SOLD! Got the La-Z-Boy "Greyson" leather recliner... We changed the color and ordered the power option. OHH... I failed mention that ordering the exact same recliner from a La-Z-Boy store or website would have cost us $890.00 more. NO JOKE.... God's honest truth! We couldn't be more pleased. So if you're looking for a recliner, I hope my frustrating research and this honest review saves you both time and money. One thing is for certain... Regardless of color or other options, The La-Z-Boy "Greyson" leather recliner, as it sits on Furniture Row's sales floor, is HANDS DOWN the most comfortable recliner out there. Thank you Furniture Row(Holland, OH) and Jayden for all of your help. Much appreciated!
