  Absolutely LOVED the fact we were NOT bombarded the moment we walked in. In fact, we were looking around for at least 7 mins before being asked if we wanted assistance and then we were left alone again until we asked. I cannon stand when sales associates follow you around in a furniture store like a lost dog. I k ow what I am looking for and when I have a question I will ask for help.

  Jayden was fantastic. My 86 year old grandma has been indecisive about getting new furniture for almost a year, who knew all it took was a great salesman. Jayden took his time and showed us options from the front to the back of the store. I really appreciate him going above and beyond and making our experience a 100000/10

  The salesmen were wonderful and allowed me to look and with their experienced guidance I found a nontraditional television console in a dresser,where I got the 36+ inch height,some storage, and paid under my $700 with delivery. I'm a very satisfied customer.

  To put it in one word: WOW. These days, a visit to a furniture store can feel like a visit to the car dealership: the salesperson hovering over your shopping and trying to pawn off something subpar at a premium price. I was shopping for bedroom furniture and had that exact experience earlier today at Gardner White. This was NOT the case at Furniture Row. Ryan greeted us inside and made sure we didn't need assistance but left us the space and the privacy to browse. I was quickly impressed by the quality of the furniture's construction: a premium product at typical (but not high) prices. Some displays at the store showcased how other brands rely on particle board and laminate for their cheap furniture, but Furniture Row had solid pieces made out of real, sturdy wood. The kind of furniture that holds up for a couple generations instead of a couple years. Once we started openly discussing our interest on a bedroom set and the pricing, Ryan chimed in to offer an even better deal and we were hooked. In about 5 minutes, he had us set up with a major discount, zero percent financing, and delivery. I can promise I have NEVER had such a hassle-free furniture shopping experience. I was so taken aback by the quality of service and the furniture that I think Furniture Row will be my go-to for future furniture purchases. Top marks for Ryan too, getting us straight to the point and being very helpful in doing so.
