- ASAshley SayenSep 22, 20263.0our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything we were interested in & very easy to work with!! however im knocking off 2 stars because of the lack of communication. we bought our couch at the end of June and it was a popular one so they said it was on back order until early September. No biggie, we were willing to wait for the one we really wanted. I call at the end of August and they say it’s pushed back another few weeks and the last 2 pieces would be in by the 2nd to last week of September. I call this week to find out what day we can pick up and they said now 1 piece is mid October and the other is November… Yet nobody had told us this? i have to call them myself to get an update? i would’ve been disappointed it keeps getting pushed back regardless but the lack of communication is what’s not sitting right. at this point we should be getting a discount or something
