    Consider this a warning: If you buy lawn furniture cushions DO NOT SNIP THE THIN PLASTIC THREAD THAT ATTACHES THE PRICE TAG TO THEM until you are 100% sure you have exactly what you need. I made the mistake of paying top dollar yesterday (Mill Run store, Hilliard) for 8 super-substatial cushions for 2 chairs and a settee. I bought 8 seat cushions instead of 4 seat cushions and 4 back cushions because the back cushions didn't seem as supportive as the seat cushions and I genuinely thought they would work but... frankly, the seat cushions (as back cushions) stood too tall and looked so crazy I came back today to buy 4 back cushions and to ask about returning the 4 seat cushions (I presently have 8 seat cushions and 4 back cushions for four seats, totalling $623). After I bought the back cushions, I asked about the return policy. Since I'm a Perks member, I was told I have 90 days. They're completely unused because when I saw how crazy they looked, I had to remove them, and none have yet been used in any case. However..., I had snipped off the price tags so I asked about that,and two cashiers (one may have been a manager) told me it was "company policy" to not take back new unused cushions if the price tag had been detached. $225 down the drain. Worse, all the tags were wheeled out to the alley last night in the recycling bin so they're long gone. So I don't even have the tags anymore. Not sure where the receipt is, either. But I paid by credit card. I have spent massive amounts of money at At Home stores since they came to Columbus, Ohio, in addition to the $623 total I've spent on porch cushions over 2 days, and I can't get some grace after all these years and all I've spent? And I've never returned anything from At Home? Wow... When I get home the first thing I'm going to do is check to make sure none of the tags fell off of the four back cushions I bought at Hilliard at 5:0pm. Then I'm going to do a compare/contrast and ask myself if the back cushions I bought today really are so great of an improvement over the 4 seat cushions my final purchase at an At Home store of $173 makes sense. Then I decide whether today's purchase will be my final At Home PURCHASE, or my final At Home RETURN. Petty.

    Another huge store for home decor, lots and lots of stuff!!!! Can be on the pricey side on some things, but a great place to shop!

    My shopping experience was great. With help, I found all I was looking for and then some! My only complaint is that I am a repeat customer (you know that because you have my phone & email on file) but when I checked out and asked for my "birthday discount" I was told I needed a coupon. My birthday is tomorrow, proof on my driver's license. But I was disappointed that I could not get the discount w/o the "coupon". Really?? Come on guys, why do you need a coupon when everything else is right in front of you. Very Disappointed!

    We spent 2 hrs in this store, so much to see and at great prices!! Less expensive than a thrift store in today world .love it !!

    Right so, this store is massive. They have tons of stuff and have an eclectic and varied supply like a TJ Maxx or Marshalls, but cleaner and more organized. Saying that- I couldn't find anything without finding it on their website and then finding the location in the store via the store map. Multiple departments are broken into two sections, like rugs or kitchenware. I think for me, the signs for departments were just too small to use very well. Associates were helpful when asked, but checking out was a bit slow due to a card reader issue on the one open register.
