- JLjoshua Long5 days ago1.0I used to go here religiously. I learned a very valuable lesson last week. I bought a work bench online that they said they had in stock for $400.00. When i went to pick it up they informed me that they had to order it and that it would be delivered the following day friday. I wasn’t to happy but i agreed to wait. Well to my surprise here i set on said following Friday and still no work bench. Don’t sell something you don’t currently own or at least inform your customers that it would have to be ordered before charging them for the item. In my opinion thats a bad work practice and i’ll go to home depot for now on.
- JGJen GMay 13, 20263.0The store itself is well stocked but we have had multiple deliveries from them and they always have a place to add instructions on where to leave the delivery. Not once have they ever listened to the instructions. One time I asked to be dropped in the back driveway and they put it in the middle of out front lawn. Once I asked to please put the bags of rocks next to our trampoline (which is right at the edge if our driveway, so easy to do.). They put them by our porch instead. I don't understand why they don't read and follow the directions. 😕

- GCGary CooperMar 26, 20262.0I used to really like shipping at Lowe's but they've added so much other useless crap in the store to accommodate everyone you can't get the correct stuff you need when it actually comes to building something, not to mention everything I picked up was made in China (junk for the high price they are charging). Every once and awhile you can get exactly what you want.
- SLSteven LloydMar 3, 20263.0They have different things here. If you like to build stuff or have your own business. I highly do not recommend their Flex tools. They are powerful and that is really the only thing they have going for them. They do not last. I would rather get a whole new collection of power tools than to give Flex another dime of my money. From now on I will be going to home depot. Cannot believe I wasted so many dollars in Lowes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
