  After many years of service, I recently noticed several billing discrepancies where charges did not align with the work charged. This has raised concerns about how often this may have occurred in the past. Additionally, interactions with the office staff were less welcoming than expected. Moving forward, I am looking for a more professional and transparent repair team

  Tell your people driving your trucks that brake checking and going 50 in a 65 in the left lane in a company truck is not very good for business....road rage isn't very good for your look...

  I purchased a used commercial cooler and freezer from them 5 years ago when I opened my business and both still work great. Miller's has been my go-to maintenance company ever since, and they've been nothing but friendly, helpful, and honest. My last repair cost me less than $200 (and was my fault - broken freezer drain tube from over-stuffing the freezer), and they got it done quickly. I'm surprised to see the negative comments, based on my experiences I can't think of any.

  Called for a service all on a Freezer to have it looked at. They sent there tech Alex D. to my place on Wed the 12th of Sept. He arrived at 4:30 and did a quick once over on the unit and told my kitchen manager that he would have to start work on the unit another day since it would run into overtime if he stayed. He was here only a few minutes. He then came back on Tues 18th of Sept. And spent a total of 2 hours working on the unit. He then determined that the unit was not worth fixing. It needed a new compressor among other things. I had a card on file with them. They proceed to charge me 441.07 plus tax. This included a bill for 4.25 hours of work. I called to dispute and was told there was nothing they would do. I am a small business and can not afford being charged for work that was not done. Alex seems to have padded the hours on my service call. I have no problem paying them for the time it took. But over 4 hours is a sham.
