This has raised concerns about how often this may have occurred in the past. Additionally, interactions with the office staff were less welcoming than expected. Moving forward, I am looking for a more professional and transparent repair team

After a bit of talking on the phone the rep realized I’m at a residential address. (It's a farm so.. I live there) But even though I’m a regular business with a commercial walk in... they refused to come out because they do commercial work only, and I’m at a residential address... But here I am and I cant get a residential company to work on it.. .cause its commercial equipment. Not sure why this doesn’t qualify as commercial. I tried to explain this but got basically hung up on. I just cant make sense of this logic. Nothing wrong with being a commercial company... but you just turned down a commercial job cause its at a farmhouse. Anyways I don’t usually write reviews… but this one “got my goat”

One of the two coolers they repaired now does not work four weeks later. They are asking us to pay an additional $1,200 to repair it. If you are a small business owner, do not use this company under any circumstances. They are unethical and they are simply terrible at their job.
