- THTravis HartmanMay 13, 20261.0Ordered online and paid extra to have it delivered. 70 dollars to be exact. 27 bags of mulch. Ordered it early in the day to make sure I had time to do what I needed to do with it before going back to work. It’s now 5pm and they are telling me that the driver still hasn’t picked up my order and it “should” be before 8pm. At that point it’s too late and I’ll have to wait weeks to be able to set it out. I paid extra for same day delivery to have it that day. Not to have it late at night. Poor communication. I would have never chose to have it delivered if I knew workers were going to procrastinate the job. Will never order online again.

Got a questions they have answers. Pretty easy to find somebody to help. Actually helped me with my tortoise habitat more than the pet store that I got him from did almost 15 years ago, surprisingly took time out of their shift to help me quite a bit, I've been loyal ever since.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
