I talked to four associates one was fabulous and walked with me as we tried to find the bay, took me to the overstock bay they were located in to see it was empty, and asked her manager. The other three associates couldn’t care less that I came there with a specific intent to spend my money and was going to leave empty handed. Save your time go to Home Depot or Menards.

Hudson went above and beyond; he was incredibly patient while I figured out which EGO mower to buy and made sure to remind me about the bonus free battery offer without rushing me at all. He even helped load the very heavy mower into my SUV in the rain, which really stood out. We did have to drive about 30 minutes since none of the closer stores had this model in stock, but the level of service we received made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Hudson for making what could’ve been a stressful purchase so easy.

They help me with all of my issues every time I need something they’re there to help if I need to help with the return, they help me with that if I have questions about a project they’re always helping with that Ray in particular is super helpful my friend Bill works here. He’s excellent. I mean these guys are a top notch and I’m so grateful I would highly recommend if you’re gonna go to a Lowe’s that you go to this Lowe’s.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
